B. Check the network connection between the workstation and the device using ping/telnet

D. Disable the firewall and / or antivirus
On the diagnostic device are registered:
- AE Title: Archimed
- IP adress of workstation or server
- Port (TCP/IP): 104
In the start window, select: Settings> ACS Reference> Diagnostics> Dicom Printer. Register IP address, port (TCP / IP), AETitle of the printer.
In the start window, select: Settings> ACS Reference> Diagnostics> Remote Dicom Server. Register IP address, port (TCP / IP), AETitle.
